The building is located in Calatrava, one of the most attractive areas in Palma. By identifying and enhancing time specific architectural elements specific to area, the identity of the house can be strengthened. The facade is lit with exterior lightning, further underlining the property’s characteristics, creating a magnificent silhouette.
